Plain-language terms

Merge Music helps you organise and play the music already on your phone. These terms explain what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

01 Using the app

Merge Music lets you blend and play music files stored on your own device. You are responsible for the music you add to the app and for having the right to use those files. The app does not provide, sell, or distribute any music.

02 Your account

Signing in with Google is optional and free. If you sign in, you are responsible for activity on your account. You may sign out or request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

03 Premium features

Some features are offered as a paid Premium upgrade, billed securely through your Google Play account. Premium is personal to your account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. Prices and benefits may change; any change applies to future billing periods.

04 Acceptable use

05 No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working well, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

06 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Merge Music and its developer are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or device issues.

07 Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. We'll revise the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
